This deluxe mountain cottage is the perfect getaway, with every modern convenience and comfort.

LOCATION ~ The house is located two blocks from the top of Main Street in Park City. This Old Town spot is just right for walking down to Main Street’s shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Main Street Trolley, a free trolley that traverses up and down Main Street, turns around 40 steps from the front door --- a bonus for skiers! Skiers can jump on the trolley (starts running at 10am) and ride to the Transit Center off Main Street, where they can board free buses straight to the ski areas. For those who care not to drive, there are shuttles that provide airport service and local taxis to take you anywhere you’d like to go in town.

ACCOMMODATIONS ~ The house is furnished in a style that’s comfortable, luxurious, yet a bit fun and irreverent too – maybe a good way to sum it up would be: “Hotel Monaco meets Ralph Lauren Cottage.” We have retained the original 120-year-old structure and certain interior elements to highlight the character in this piece of Park City’s silver mining history. We have utilized feng shui principles wherever possible to create a peaceful, cozy environment with modern electrical and plumbing systems. We hope you’ll find everything very comfortable, very functional, and absolutely perfect for your family or traveling companions.

Living Room: The house is luxuriously appointed, with an LCD flat screen TV, cable TV, a DVD/CD player with a memory card viewer to see your digital vacation photos and videos right away, a gas fireplace, and leather furnishings. And not to be missed: a new Brookstone massage chair (sure to feel great after an active day outdoors!). There is also an acoustic guitar at the house for those whose idea of a great après ski is a glass of wine and some strumming by the fire. You’ll also find cozy handmade throws and recessed lighting to set the mood for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.

Bedrooms: Each of the two bedrooms feature queen-sized plush-top beds, antique armoires and dressing tables, goose down comforters and pillows (alternatives are also available), radio alarm clocks, all-cotton 500 thread count sateen linens, and upholstered walls to provide a "sleeping in a cloud" feeling.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms contain marble floors, bathtubs, designer bath products, and all-cotton, super soft towels. The master bath has an American Standard jetted tub and a ceiling mounted rainfall showerhead. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom for your convenience.

Library: The Library contains hundreds of books (great novels, non-fiction, history, reference), a flat-screen computer with high speed internet (a WiFi signal is received at the house – also convenient for your own WiFi equipped laptop), and a “pop up” trundle daybed – this style trundle bed can be used as two twins or one double sized bed. The day bed is cozily appointed with a comfy throw pillows and a silk down coverlet.

Dining: The kitchen and dining room come ready for comfort food meals or après ski hors d’oeuvres -- hand painted china and beautiful crystal glassware will make dining at home relaxed & elegant. The kitchen has all modern appliances – full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker with timer, and filtered water. A full collection of spices and cooking supplies (pots/pans/baking dishes/crockpot) will make it simple to cook up a lovely meal. (Plan to look at our Park City Guide recommendation list if you’d like to book a private chef or caterer while in town). The dining room features a European antique table and seating for six.

Telephone service ~ Free local and long distance (within the U.S.) calls are included. Save charges to your cell phone and/or phone cards!

Washer/Dryer ~ Conveniently located in the house for your use.

Pets ~ We regret that we are unfortunately not able to host pets.

Smoking ~ No smoking is allowed in the house.

Parking ~ The house features two off-street parking spots; the main driveway is heated for your convenience. The other spot is available for your use, but not regularly cleared of snow during the ski season. There is sometimes additional parking located nearby (ask for details).
